How to: View other attendees schedule.
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open'.
NOTE 1: The system must be on a network and connected to a Schedule+ compatible mail system.
NOTE 2: These are steps using Microsoft Exchange 4.0.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open'. (A submenu appears.)
2) Select 'Other's Appointment Book...'. (The Open Other's Apt. Book dialog box appears.)
3) Select the address book from the 'Show Names from the' drop-down list box.
4) Type the a name or select from the list provided.
5) Click 'OK'. (The schedule appears.)
